By accessing or using seragamkerja.com and placing orders with SeragamKerja, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written confirmation and the agreed deposit payment. SeragamKerja reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
Prices are quoted in USD or IDR as stated in the quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Taxes and shipping costs are not included unless explicitly stated.
Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance prior to shipment. For established clients, net-30 terms may be arranged. Payments must be made in the agreed currency via bank transfer or other approved methods.
Samples are produced prior to bulk production. Sample costs may apply and are deducted from the final order value for confirmed orders above minimum quantities. Client approval of the sample is required before production commences.
Standard lead time is 14 business days from sample approval and deposit receipt. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges. Lead times are estimates and SeragamKerja is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
By submitting logos, artwork, or designs, you warrant that you own or have the right to use them. SeragamKerja accepts no liability for intellectual property infringements arising from client-supplied materials.
SeragamKerja guarantees all products against manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery. Defective items will be replaced free of charge. Returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing ordered by the client are not accepted.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. SeragamKerja is not liable for damage or loss in transit. Import duties and customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
SeragamKerja's total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
